As Manager, Nuclear Sales, Stan’s responsibilities ranged from management of sales resources, sales processes and contract negotiations to the market research and business forecasting required for funding the development of new technologies and strategic initiatives.

 

During this period the product business came under fire from customers for quality issues and emerging competitive products. Stan stayed on the road and in front of key customers addressing their issues and technical concerns while business processes were repaired at home. Even though market share was lost to the competition, the business continued to grow during this challenging period.
