As Director, Marketing & Customer Service, Stan managed the global marketing and customer service activities of the CRANE Nuclear Testing Products Division. Specific responsibilities included market analysis, opportunity analysis, contract T&Cs negotiation, sales forecasting, new product concept analysis and providing marketing input to the business planning process. Additional responsibilities included driving growth initiatives in international nuclear, offshore oil and gas and other industrial process market segments. Day-to-day management responsibilities included oversight of Contracts Administration, Inside Sales and Marketing Support personnel. Business development activities in the international nuclear segments were focused in Southeast Asia (primarily Japan). Oil and gas business development was focused in the North Sea (Norway) and Southeast Asia (Malaysia).
