As Director, Product Marketing, Stan was a key implementor and change agent in business process improvement initiatives. Areas of significant contribution included: work order system development, account management and sales planning, market research, product development and work control processes.
Stan designed and implemented a technology marketing process that identified nuclear plant valve related issues, potential solutions and a new portfolio of hardware and software products needed to maintain company viability for the next 5 years. The results actually carried the business for closer to 10 years.
Stan also led a business process re-engineering team through the design and implementation of a new production work control process for manufacturing, calibration, function test and shipping/receiving work centers.
